The Clarion University SBDC provides consulting services and educational programs to entrepreneurs looking to start or grow their small business. Clarion University SBDC consultants work with entrepreneurs in confidential, one-to-one sessions to help them with a range of business issues including testing a new business proposition, shaping a business plan, investigating funding opportunities, and much more.

Ever since I took apart my first computer at 8 years of age (and successfully put it back together), starting my own computer business was a dream I was determined to fulfill. Clarion University’s Small Business Development Center helped me to plan, organize, achieve and grow a prosperous business, TechReady Professionals.

Following the SBDC’s ‘First Step’ class, I was empowered with the information needed to move forward. I also was assigned a personal business consultant who was very knowledgeable and answered my questions effectively, thorough in bringing points of consideration to my attention, and diligent in her timely response to meet my needs.

To the present day, Clarion University’s Small Business Development Center continues to offer immeasurable value to the surrounding communities & our local economy.
